مجلة "نظرات" ترى النور في المغرب
i think italian cuisine has copied the moroccan cuisine , because our bissara is uniquely made , love moroccan food best in the globe
Et n'oubliez pas aussi le bon couscous sicilien. La culture mediteraneene est unique. Tout ces peuples ont partages leurs savoirs apres chaque invasion et conquete et reconquete.
Yes moroccan and italian cuisine have the same
influences
At the end they looked as though they got mad at the poor woman for her slow way of garnishing the stolen-from-morocco Bisara. Anyway today I cooked a real Moroccan Bisara for sure and for a moment i flirted with the idea of adding raisins to it but suddenly thought that if I did that it would become something else and not the Bisara we have grown up with. Viva Bisara Marokina, cyempre parato comida para el povrios. No HASSLE NO BASSLE JUST PURE Bisara! And in case you are a generous bastard give some to your cow and she will thank you for it forever.
I have seen many dishes and recipes here in america that are very very similar to moroccan food but italy always takes credits for it…. when you ask americans or anyone they will tell you this is italian food while it's obviously not. any relish vegetables, based on olive oil and garlic is considered "italian"…it pisses me off, .some are clearly not.
