Mr. Minister, you have to improve your pronunciation. If you come to the U.S and you speak in this way, they will not understand all what you are talking about. Anyway , it is still a good job. Thanks

Félicitation! Une bonne maîtrise d'élocution d'anglais avec air léger et humoristique , qui est très important pour faire passer le message d'une façon efficce .Cette maniere de presentation décontractée est caractéristique dans les sociétés anglophones, au cours des seances de travail, à l'opposé dans les sociétés francophones

So what, most Moroccans speak English.
This minister is all about showing off, maybe he studied that occurring in media as frequently as possible would make people love him and put him in a higher position, all he does is deceiving the mob. It would make sense if you are occurring to tell us what you achieved and what you have done to the people and to the Moroccan sports and youth. Since you came to this position Mr you have done nothing, nothing changed, except your bank account of course. Moroccan sports are still achieving failure after failure. You have done nothing sir, and if we are wrong please go ahead and prove it.

    Publish please

Thanks for mentioning this and I do confirm it is what we do need in Morocco where the majority of people is just asking what the government can do for them and never thinking of what they can do themselves to improve our country! My dream is to see volunteering projects all over the place in Morocco and that is exactly what I'm working on right now, hopefully when I get back from my training in the US I will be able to find more volunteers and comunitypartners to carry out the projects I have in mind. So wish me luck!!

Good English! but are your actions good? how many youths problems did you solve? why in the first place are there so many problems in your ministry – and in all ministries in fact? how efficient are your efforts – if any there are? I'm not demeaning your actions, rather, I'm questioning their worth.

    Peace on you guys,
it seems that Mr president prepared himself before the presentation ,since he doesn't talk spontaneously. I have read a plenty of your comments. However no one would dictate the president mistakes.it is extremely shame to say ( I have to had) ( he talk ) . His pronunciation is fucked up. Don't eat words Mr president and as the brother said if you come to US, we barley understand you. However, you did a (good) job

I just can state the the minister's accent is nothing but a Moroccan accent .you feel that he is talking Arabic but with English words .Anyway the topic he is talking about is of paramount importance ,seeing that real countries encourage volunteer work and enhance the means that improve it ………

Why every time a minister of ours gives a speach in english moroccans put his english and his pronunciation under focus. Would somebody give me a reasonable explanation please? Moroccans from abroad, especially from USA value aur government members accorging to their linguistic capabilities. some amine (24) and hicham(1) from usa think that American english is THE ENGLISH. anyway, I highly suggest that we start seeing into more important things, and leave mr the minister to his MOROCCAN English. And if a minister is to be judged, then he is to be judged according to his actions and deeds; not to his accent and pronunciation of words. we are fed up with words.

there was some one up, who mentioned that degrees are not important, only transparency is required,
i would like to tell him that running a ministry requires certain elements also such as: knowledge, experience, determination and some good interpersonal skills,
transparency alone will never lead to achieve progress and improve the performance of a minister, we don't need holy people who don't have any knowledge and who stuck in front of every small challenge or barrier

before I came to the USA, I thought I was fluent in English. But, to my big surprise I found out rather quickly that I had to work twice as hard to improve my pronunciation. Up to this day, I am still using the dictionary and purchasing applications on the phone to help me achieve my goals. The Minister does not use the stress properly and he speaks like he memorized his presentation by heart. If a native speaker were to listen to his talk, he would be like huh what did you say? My advice to you is slow the hell down and breathe while speaking.
