صف انتظار لثلاث ساعات ونظام تسجيل متوقف ومكيفات هواء ترفض تلطيف الأجواء بمحطة الإركاب 3
في انتظار انطلاق رحلة عادية تربط الدار البيضاء بنيويورك السبت الماضي، كان على المسافرين المرور مما يشبه الصراط المستقيم ليصلوا إلى طائرة ستقلهم بعد أزيد من ساعة ونصف من التأخير. رحلة عذاب امتدت أربع ساعات في مطار محمد الخامس ومشاهد تجعل الكثيرين يعيدون النظر في عدد من الشعارات التي يرفعها مكتب المطارات، المسؤول الأول والأخير، عن راحة من يجدون أنفسهم مثل كومبارس ضمن مسرحية رديئة الإخراج في مسرح اختير له اسم “محطة الإركاب 3”.
المشهد الأول
الواحدة بعد منتصف النهار، مئات المسافرين ينتظرون إعلان بدء عملية التسجيل لأربع رحلات مقررة هذا المساء، رحلة إلى نيويورك، وأخرى إلى ليبيا، واثنتان إلى موريال الكندية. الأمور توحي بأن كل شيء سيسير بشكل عاد، والمسافرون بدؤوا في تشكيل الصفوف ضمانا لانسيابية أكبر، قبل أن تنقلب الحكاية إلى فوضى. التسجيل للرحلات الأربع يتم ضمن الشبابيك نفسها، مضيفات الاستقبال يطلبن من المنتظرين تغيير الشباك بسبب أعطاب في النظام. بطء شديد أمام بضعة شبابيك سلمت من الخلل، وحرارة غير عادية في المكان مع مكيفات هواء متوقفة، هي أيضا، كأنها تعلن تضامنا مطلقا مع نظام التسجيل، كل هذا كان كافيا ليثير حنق الجميع، نساء ورجالا شيبا وأطفالا. حناجر البعض ترتفع بين الفينة والأخرى بعبارات الاحتجاج، وآخرون دخلوا في مناوشات جانبية مع بعضهم، لم تنفع معها تدخلات ذوي النيات الحسنة.. أما المسؤولون عن الشبابيك فكان يكفيهم التطلع إلى الوجوه الحانقة في انتظار ما سيأتي.
المشهد الثاني
الثالثة زوالا، الصفوف كأنها جامدة لا تتحرك، مسافرون جدد يلجون القاعة الضيقة سرعان ما يذوبون وسط الباحثين عن مكان لإتمام إجراءات التسجيل. مناوشات البعض ما تزال مستمرة. “أنت حمار” تقول سيدة متحجبة لمسافر يحمل ابنته على كتفيه، قبل أن يضيف زوجها من ورائها “راها حاملة والله تتمشي للحبس”، كلمات كانت كافية لتحول أنظار الجميع إلى مصدر الشجار في ما يشبه لحظة تنفيس عن كل أحاسيس الغضب التي تتزاحم في الصدور، وبعض العقلاء يطلبون من الغريمين لعن الشيطان الذي فعل فعلته في قليلي الصبر، قبل أن يعيد الجميع إلى الواقع، منظر سيدة رفيعة القوام، بتسريحة شعر على الموضة وسروال جينز أزرق مع مرافق بجهاز إرسال في يده.
تتخطى السيدة ومرافقها الجميع، تصل إلى أول الصف على يسار القاعة، يتبادل مرافقها بضع كلمات مع مضيفة الاستقبال، التي تسرع بإتمام إجراءات تسجيل المسافرة مع ابتسامة، لا يبدو أنها من القلب، قبل أن تنصرف السيدة إلى قاعة الإركاب وسط ذهول البعض وتصفيقات استنكار من آخرين.. وصيحات متفرقة لبعض من كانت لهم جرأة الانتفاض على مسؤول الشبابيك الذي لم يجد بُدا من حث مضيفاته على العمل تجنبا لمزيد من الإحراج.
المشهد الثالث
الخامسة مساء، المحظوظون استطاعوا أخيرا الولوج إلى قاعة الإركاب، وعشرات المسافرين ما يزالون عالقين بين شبابيك التسجيل ومراقبي جوازات السفر، رغم مرور أزيد من ساعة على الموعد المقرر لإقلاع الطائرة.
صف طويل في انتظار آخر عملية تفتيش روتينية، وبضعة مسافرين يسترقون السمع لمكالمة هاتفية ارتفعت فيه حدة النقاش بين المتصلة والمجيب.. “هذا أمر غير مقبول بتاتا، الأمر أشبه بفوضى، وكل ما يحصل يجب أن يأخذ به (فلان) علما” تقول السيدة صاحبة سروال الجينز، لمخاطبها على الخط قبل أن تقفل سماعة الهاتف وسط ذهول بعض من حضروا الواقعة.
“انظر كيف تتكلم في هاتفها، ربما هي مسؤولة حكومية…، ولهذا سارعوا بإتمام إجراءات تسجيلها قبل الجميع”، تقول سيدة تجر وراءها طفلا، قبل أن ينهرها زوجها بصوت خفيض، ويطلب منها أن تكف عن استراق النظر إلى “السيدة الخارقة”.
ثلاث حافلات تتناوب على نقل الركاب المنهكين إلى طائرتهم، وابتسامات المضيفات مع اعتذارات متكررة للربان على التأخير، لم تكن كافية لتبدد أحاسيس الغضب والغبن الواضحة في وجوه مسافرين متعبين تنتظرهم ثماني ساعات طويلة من الطيران إلى نيويورك.
المشهد الرابع
عقارب الساعة تقترب من التاسعة مساء بالتوقيت المحلي لنيويورك، يترك المسافرون المنهكون باب الطائرة غير عابئين بابتسامات وكلمات التوديع من المضيفات وقائد الطائرة. يتجه الجميع إلى قاعة بحجم ملعب كرة السلة لمباشرة عملية مراقبة جوازات السفر، عشرات العلامات بمطار “جون كينيدي” تدل الركاب على وجهاتهم، ورجل أمن بسحنة آسيوية ينظم عملية الولوج إلى 32 شباكا مخصصة كلها لعملية ختم جوازات السفر التي تحمل تأشيرات بأنواعها، فضلا عن شبابيك أخرى للمواطنين الأمريكيين، وأصحاب بطائق الإقامة (الغرين كارد).
السيدة، صاحبة سروال الجينز الأزرق، تأخذ مكانها وراء البقية، تسحب جواز سفرها، تتقدم إلى الشرطية التي تتفحص قسمات وجهها المتعب، تأخذ بصمات يديها وصورة لوجهها بكاميرا رقمية، ثم تستمع إلى مبررات زيارتها لبلاد العم سام.. همهمات وكلمات غير مسموعة من بعض المنتظرين في الصف، وبعضهم يحمد ربه على وصوله إلى بلاد المساواة في الحقوق والواجبات، وهو يتطلع إلى منظر السيدة، التي تحظى أخيرا بـ “ختم القبول” قبل أن يختفي شبحها وسط آلاف المسافرين الذين يعج بهم المطار تلك الليلة.
يسرع ضباط الشرطة في مراقبة جوازات سفر المسافرين، يطلبون مساعدة مترجمين لمن يتعذر عليهم الحديث بالإنجليزية، ويختمون العملية، التي لا تدوم أزيد من 5 دقائق في المعدل، بكلمات الترحيب “ولكوم إن يو إس”..
حكاية قبل المشهد الرابع
“ما حدث اليوم مشهد يتكرر دائما بسبب الضغط الذي يحدث في محطة الإركاب الثالثة التي تستقبل المسافرين، الذين عادة ما يستعملون محطة الإركاب الرئيسية، وهي تخضع منذ أسابيع إلى إصلاحات، ولا أحد يعرف متى ستنتهي”. هكذا علق رجل أمن على تساؤلات مسافر قبل أن يضيف بلهجة ساخرة “ياك حنا خدمتنا مسربية ومالقيتوش معانا مشكل؟”..
يرمقه السائل بنظرة استغراب، ويشير بأصبعه إلى ملصقات تملأ جدران القاعة وتحمل عبارات “مطار حاصل على شهادة الجودة إيزو”، كأنه يحاول الربط بين كل ما مرّ أمامه اليوم، وما يسمعه بداية كل صيف من عبارات ترحيب مع اقتراب موعد عطلته السنوية التي يرفض قضاءها في المهجر ويفضل العودة إلى بلده الذي يحب، لكن استغرابه سرعان ما سيتبدد حين يسمع من أحد محبي الاصطياد في الماء العكر أن السيدة صاحبة سروال الجينز والمكالمة الهاتفية الصاخبة، ليست إلا مستشارة بديوان كريم غلاب وزير النقل والتجهيز، المسؤول الأول عن مكتب المطارات، حيث يحصل كل هذا.. حينها سيرفع نظره إلى السماء ويلوذ بصمت طويل..

l am going to travel next monday to Morroco inchallah and after reading this article l dont feel that excited anymore because l just remenber how we used to be treated by the some humain who they suppose to help and do the best for us but not the opposite ..but here is the good news l am not traveling with la RAM ..:) so please guys wish me good luck ..thank you

please dtop flying with Moroccan airlines.there is plenty of flights to Morocco via europe,using other airlines.I know that at a certain point we will have to use RAM,but at least we can use them when there is no other choice.i’m flying to Morocco via spain from miami to madrid (american airlnes, then madrid to casa iberia)the total price was still cheaper than RAM. let’s boycot this company and let’s talk about this until the problems are fixed

حقيقة اشك في هاته الحكاية. او بشكل ادق زايدة شوية دالملحة فهاذ ليسطوار. غريب امر بعض الكتاب يحاولون كتابة ما يريده القارئ . او الدفع بالقارئ نحو التدمر والسخط .
ما علينا هذا المشكل قذ يقع حتى في كبار الدول في حالة ما إذا كان السيستيم معطل . هل ما وصفه الكاتب حالة يومية؟ حالة استثناء لا يمكن تعميمها . اذن لا داعي للاطناب . فلو وقعت هاته الحالة في امريكا لاكتفو بالعتذار والمسافريين سيجلسون في نظام الى ان يحل المشكل .

j’ai voyagé une seule fois avec la ram pour aller à wirzazte et j’ai attendu 6 h à l’aireport de casa tjr ils ont la même histoire retard peu de guiche et pirre ils vendent des billets mêm si le vol est complé on dirait que tu vas voyager en car maintenant j’habite à montréal je voyage avec AIRTRANSAT vers malaga tranquile bien aceuilli sans retard ni stesse repas bien soigné service impécable en plus leur prix est le moins cher et je crois bientôt ild vont faire une ligne direte vers le maroc, puis de là il suffit de prendre l’avion jet for you ou easy jet ou rayanair ou bien le bus ver algésiras et je fais un excellent voyage
i remember the day i came left morocco ,and all the obstacles the officers were trying to put on my way ,so many stupid questions ,such as why are u leaving morocco ,where are u going?what are u going to do there,with an an angry face ,no smile at all.ooh my god those people in charge at the M5 are really primitive.

to whoever said that moroccain’s airports are all troubles i gonna say you wrong .all delays flights is out of control and some times the system is down and you can not check in anyone this happens many times in usa ,iam working in airport at dulles international airport in washington ….the same things happen …it is just because it happened in morocco that why everyone tried to give a solution by flying other airlines that kind of stupid…if the flights is delayed means there are reasons aircraft delay ,lateturns..mech,weather ,crew delay..most of passangers they dont know about that just like to talk like nothing.you know what there is a lot thing to say but it can be more that you can bear but let stop at this points and i want to say stopppppppppppppppp blaming morocco we re we we proud to be moroccains====
what is going on at marakech airport,why does it take so long to have your passport cheched and stamped,why and why they dont employ more staff,so things go smooth and everybody will be happy,we are a touristique country but we are just going to loose a lot of tourist because they are just not going to come back they get tired and fed up waiting hours in the queue.I have been asked few times by someone who works in the aeroport to give him money so he can help me jump the queue,but I refused each time because I dont want to encourage them.so there is something dodgy happening in this airport and have to be stoped
C’est normal nous on est la cette vache laitiere de la RAM on paye ce putin de billet extrememnt cher pour avoir un service de que les chiens français ne peuvent l’accepter et c’est pour ça que je je ne veux plus aller à cette blad saiida un voyace au sud ou en europe coute bcp moins cher et surtout on n’a pas trop de mauvaise surprises

أما بعد ربما قد يكون ما حدث خارج عن إرادة الجميع أو نتيجة تقصير بعض المسؤلين عن العمل أو نتيجة أخطاء بعض الموظفين غير أن عقلية بعض المسافرين وليس الكل لا تتفا وت كثيرا عن عقلية جل العاملين بالمطار إلا من رحم ربي , المهم على إدارة المطار إستدراك الكثير من الأخطاء وليس بعضا منها نحن المسافرون نعيش عن كتب معاناتنا المتكررة الغير منقطعة المتجددة من السئ إلى الأسوء ,المطلوب ضمان جودة الخدمات وتسريع عمليات التسجيل بإضافة نظام تكنولوجي إضافي يمكن الإستعانة بخدماته في حالة الظروف القهرية ثم القضاء على بعض الظواهر الغير مرغوب فيها،تقديم وتلقين الموظفين بعض البرامج المساعدة على تقديم صورة حسنة ومثالية ,إحترام الشعرات المعلقة على الجدران والعمل بها،تفعيل لجنة مراقبة صارمة من أجل ضبط مخالفات بعض العاملين بالمطار ومعاقبتهم وضع الكاميرات في جل أركان المطار وخصوصا عند نقط التفتيش ضمان لراحة المسافرينوعدم إبتزازهم النظر في الغرامات على المتأخرين عن رحلتهم حيث أنه في حالات تحدث حالات جور وظلم من أجل تغريم المسافرمبلغ 150$ ولو أن هناك إمكانية للمساعدة حيث الطائرة لم تقلع بعد ,المهم هو المحافظة على ضمان راحة المسافرين وليس هنا المقصود طبعا براحة اليدين وأخيرا جازاكم الله خيرا أيها المسؤلون الحرص على ضمان جودة الخدمات وتفعيل نظام المرقبات راه دار التي لايوجد فيها قطط تكثر فيها فئران وأعانكم الله وهو خير المستعان
n’avez vous certainement jamais eu à voyager dans les autres compagnies, toutes les mêmes. Si t’as de l’argent et que tu te paye un billet en classe business qu’importe soit la compagnie tu passera le plus agréable des voyages. La RAM n’est que notre exemple du monde de l’aviation, et pour la personne qui dit ne plus vouloir revenir au Maroc à cause de la RAM ou autre, reste là où tu es.. On en a marre dans mon pays des personnes qui ne font que se plaindre sans vouloir rien changer. Le retard existe partout, les pannes informatiques et electrique existent, mais le Marocain se croit toujours en Roi et exige des services même irréalisable. Vous vous plaignez quand la RAM a un retard d’1h, quand le train au maroc tombe en panne, quand le bus ne vient pas… Mais ne dites rien quand la SNCF ou autre decide de faire greve
Arretons de sous-estimer ce qui est marocain, et aidons au contraire à faire avancer les choses

après avoir lu cette histoire d’horreur j’annule mon voyage au Maroc, vaut mieux passer ses vacances au sud de l’Espagne qui ressemble au Maroc au niveau du climat et uniquement du climat.
mais je crois que même le peuple a sa part de responsabilité il faut les voir dans les rues , en conduisant ou en négociant des prix dans les marchés.
les policiers de l aeroport de menara a marrakech sont des gents inhumans ..des cand des voyoux qui nesavent rien ..l annee derniere j etais la pour acceuiller ma fille qui revient de l italie en sortant de portail .unpolicier l insulte en lui disant..pourquoi aller alitalie fait ce que tu fait labas ici au maroc ..les marocans ont besoin…………ce policier illetre ne sait pas que ma fille est mariee en italie et elle travaille pas comme lui qui demande l aumaune au gents qui viennent de l italie…c est un vaut rien .c est un chien qui renifle pour avoir de l aumone…..
oui , à propos des billets d montreal – casa , c vraiment chér , faut trouver une solution , y a bcp d marocaines qui choisissent d rester ici qu aller au bled 🙁

L’article parlais d’une désorganisation et un manque de professionalisme de la part de lONDA office national des aeroport et les responsables de douanes ! pk alors on s’acharne sur la ROYAL AIR MAROC ? qui n’est q’une compagnie aérienne comme toutes les autres qui paye le prix d’un systeme …. la RAM en tant que compagnie n’a aucun rapport avec la gestion des aeroport !!!

Le gros problème des marocains, c’est leurlacheté. Lorsque l’on voit quelque chose qui nous choque, nous epoustoufle, ou nous depasse, la seule réaction que nous avons: c’est la lacheté
Il est inacceptable de subir toutes les humiliations possibles et imaginables dans une passivité béate.
La dame soit disant conseillère , épouse ou je ne sais quoi encore de quelque pseudo responsable ne devait jamais passer devant les autres voyageurs. L’attente interminable sans le minimum de confort ne devait pas rester impuni. Si tous les voyageurs s’etaient unis dans leur protestations, au lieu de se chamailler entre eux, les responsables feraient beaucoup plus attention. Je vous ai dis laches!! je dirai même très laches
15 years in the US, I go to Morocco once or twice a year, but never ever with la RAM. I don’t
even want to know if they exit.
I will gladly give my money to Air France, British Airways, Luftanza, Iberia, etc. At lease I know I will be treated kindly.

هاد المشهد ما خافيش عليا.في شتنبر ٢٠٠٨ ,كنت حاجزا لي ولاسرتي على الخطوط الم المغربية,عائدا الى عملي بهولاندا فادا بموضفي المطار والخطوط.يامرونني بالانتضار في القاعة الى اجل غير مسمى.والسبب حسب ماعلمته هو ان الطائرة اتعملت لنقل المشاركين في مسابقة الكولف ,وكان هناك مسافرين انتضروا يومين في المطار مرميين.فاقسمت ان لا اسافر مع هده الشركة قطعا.

je ne comprends vraiment pas comment vousl laissez les cie honorables comme pour voyager avec cette cie minable ou tout le personnel est dégouté et dégoutant.
J’ai fait Toronto,Tokyo, Tokyo Seoul ma destination finale et le retour le meme trajet avec un arrêt de 4 jour à Tokyo pour la modique somme de 1200$ canadien aller et retour.
et cette cie avec des cercueils volants me demande 1400$ pour un un paquet de nerf depuis le départ jusqu’au retour.

Meme si je deteste la RAM , ce qui est decrit dans l’article ne releve pas de la RAM , mais de l’office national des aeroports dont le directeur est Othman Fassi Fihri, et de la direction generale de la surete nationale (La police )
I don,t even wanna get started about this horrible company I had the worst experience ever when I traveled with them ,the first thing they did was telling me that i,m not keeping my carry on with me because they don,t have anymore spaces for them I gave it to them they stole my 3 very expensive cameras, I knew I wasn,t gonna get anything even if I complain but thank god I had travel insurance with AMX so I got 1000$ back but
if I have the chance to travel with them again I will never give my carry on no matter what
The boycott is the only solution to stop that company.I beleive , if most of us stop flying with LA RAM, our king will intervene and do something. That how it works in morocco. We always wait for our king to solve the problems. that is sad.

j’ai voyage avec la RAM plusieurs fois, c’est toujours la deception total(retard,service a la clientele merdique,des avions avec des equipements cheap,nourriture pour chat non au humains,prix des billets les plus chers au monde,piston a l,embarquement et debarquement,bcp de gens voyagent sans payer…)
alors la RAM plus jamais vas toucher un seul centimes de moi ni de ma famille.
en plus je n’invistirai jamais un dirham au maroc( pays des voleurs et dictateurs)

Please send emails to Delta airlines (via delta.com)and tell all your friends to de so. They will start it if they notice that a lot of people are willing to fly them. You are all complaining about RAM, let’s try something else
This has been going on for a long time.not only that you have to deal with the stupid and arrrogant flight attendents, but the airline is always late,low quality service,expensive tickets,rude stuff and favoratisme when you get at the CASA airport.Now, why do you guys blame the RAM instead of the customer who choses to do business with them. I have sumpathy only for old Moroccans,people that can not manage to fly through Europe,and the children. I honestly believe that Moroccans deserve the way they are being treated in their HomeLand!!!!! enough is enough. LA RAM NEVER AGAIN.
تأخذ بصمات يديها وصورة لوجهها بكاميرا رقمية، ثم تستمع إلى مبررات زيارتها لبلاد العم سام.. أين هي الديمقراطية،هد شي غير موجود في بلاد ديمقراطية.(أوربا).كل هذا فانت غير سعيد في بلاد المهجر.انصح كل المهاجرين في أمريكا أو أوربا أن رجوع إلى بلدنهم خوفا على تربية ابنائهم.يوم القيامة سوف يحاسبون على ضياع ابنائهم ربما يكونون سببهم دخول الجهنم.

I think a lot of comments were unfair to RAM…the article is about the lack of organisation and professionalism of the airoport stuff…that has nothing to do with RAM…there might be some other people caught there eventhough they were flying with other companies than RAM…I’m not defending them,because I’ve had my share of negative experiences with them…so let’s not get on their case this time…the other point is the timing given by the writer…they were in Morocco at 1pm,which makes it 7am in the US estern time…I don’t get how they end-up arriving to JFK at 9pm…something is missing…for those leaving Morocco and those going back there,I wish all of you safe trips and a lot of positive memories where ever you’re going to…good luck and regards from DC
