I don't understand why that lady was talking in French .An American guy was talking in English and she was doing something different , one of two things English or Arabic because she is not on that level to be between them. I did not see anything about American food , was that chicken dumpling or sardine dumpling ??I just want to say thanks to that guy who was trying to speak in arabic Good try man thanks again.
انا عايش في امريكا ماكاين لا مطبخ لا تاوزة.
ماكلتهم ماتكلها في سبيل الله. هم انفسهم تايمشيوا للمطلعم الصينية الهندية المكسيكية الفلافل الفرنسية الخ.
I would like to say that this kind of cultural exchange can enrich the relations between the folk(Moroccan&American) . it is really an interesting opportunity to widen and makes our cooking culture more famous and more globalized that will help the tourism sector to flourish and thrive.
The title itself is an Oxymoron, there is no such American cuisine except for Mcwazza, Burger king, Kentucky, les Chiens Chauds or Hot Dogs, Fried Chicken and all that which is called Junk Food, we also know that America is the fatest country, they just eat whatever they lay hands on and anytime during the day, you see them eating, eating and eating like there will be no tomorrow.
Most of cuisines are Italians, Greek, French, Moroccan, Thai, Chinese, Indian, Mexican, Vietnamese, Middle Eastern and all that. As for corn bread I believe it's native Indian you know wa wa wa wa wa, apache or Cherokee.
les plats montrés dans cette video sont purement marocains et n'a rien a voir avec la cuisine americaine…d'ailleurs depuis quand les américains ont une cuisine?? c'est counu dans le monde, la cuisine americaine, c'est Hodog, hamburger kitchup et patate frite cuite dans le gras saturé en plus!!
les américains est le peuple qui mange mal le plus dans le monde c'est une realité!
depuis quand les américains font cette charmoula montrée dans video, pour le poisson…et ce tagine de poisson avec legume? NEVER! ca c'est purement marocain….
arreter de faire comme les juifs , ils font des plats des autres pays ou ils ont vecu, et ils la marchandise comme si c'était des plats et culture juive……j'en ai vu au nord americain, chabbakiya et briwate , vendu dans des épiciers juifs comme gâteaux juif , alors c'est purement marocain!

c'est un palat tipiquement tangerois qui s'appele tagra parceque a tanger pour la viande rouge & le poulet on dit tagine & pour le poisson tagra & pour le restaurant qu'on voit au debut au escaliers d fendaq chejra s'appele dauk essamak le gout du poisson plusieurs fois le service d'hygiene l'a fermé pour le poisson pourri
qui servait aux clients malheuresement les vrais endroits ou on peux manger un vrai plat tangerois ne seront jamais només & ni montrés ici comme restaurant stitou a calle hollanda ou chez hassan a sidi kankouch & aussi chez khay mostafa a achakar & chez Yassine aux grottes d'hercules .c'est bien de montrer ces plats mais il faut aller a la source para ver la autenticidad y el toque del cocinero saludos a todos los tangerinos del mundo .i
من أحسن المطابخ في العالم المطبخ المغربي , و هذا المطعم ليس الا استثمارا أمريكيا في مواهب و طاقات المغاربة العارفين بأسرار الأكلات المغربية .
الأمريكيين يسا عدون يشجعون المرأة الطنجية على كسب مهارات في فن الطبخ والحلويات قصد إدماجهن وتهيئتهن للحصول على عمل ،هذا مضمون التسجيل وليس تعليمهن الطبخ الأمريكي ،إني طنجاوي وأعرف هذا المطعم رواده أغلبهم أمريكيين وإنجليزومن دول أوروبية أخرى ، ديبلوماسيين وسياح، والمقيمين منهم منذ سنين طيبون أصبحوا طنجيين وإندمجوا جيدا.
For the guys who say America does not have a cuisine, are ?you kidding me?
What about steaks, stuffing, corn casseroles, burgers (not the burger king burgers, but the real burgers), chicken wings,pizza (NY style), … and the list is long. It is hard to define american cuisine because there's a fusion of other cuisines involved in it. But you cannot say they don't have a cuisine.

المضبخ الأمريكي معروف كتيرا بأكلات اللحم و متأتر كدالك بالمهاجرين وفيه أكلات من إطاليا متل :lasagna
ومن مضبخ البريطاني كتير.متل clam chowder
و shop suey و American Indian Fry Bread …
بالنسبة للفيديو فطباخ قدمة حساء السمك يسمي : clam chowder المعروفة .
المطعم لا علاقة له بالطبخ الامريكي كليت فيه حتى عييييييييييييييييت واااااااعر
