bonjour je suis la pour dire que moi aussi jai le meme probleme avec mon pasport ca fais un ans maintenat qu’il en mon pasport je voulais just le renouvlais et bien comme cette jeune fille j’ai apeller pas de reponse comme elle dis exactement,et puis ya pas que moi j’ai entendu qu’il ya des millier de marocain qui vivent ici au usa qu’il en le meme problemes ca m’enpechra d’aller au maroc cette annee c’est vraiment domage que ses gens de consela marocain sont ici pour nous pourir note vie meme au usa.c’et degouton .

و كمواطن مغربي اندد بهذا العمل الحرام و الكسب و التربح الحرام..
للاسف نتناول مثل هذه المواضيع بغير الطريق الشرعي ..كلمة “حرام” يجب على كل من يظن نفسه مسلما ان يقف امامها طويييييلا..

المشكل ان بعض الاخوة و الاخوات من عملتنا بالخارج انهم يحسبون مغاربة المغرب مكلخين الى درجة ان مغاربة العالم عندما يتواصلون معهمفي الصيف و العطل فكانما هم سياح اجانب الامن رحم ربك..و نحن نعلم ان اغلبهمدارت بهم الدوائر و عادوا الى لمغرب ليقترضوا او ليحركوا عقاراتهم التي لا يدخلونها الا سنويا ..كي يواصلوا اغترابهم..

استمعت الى الشريط من بدايته الى نهايته, و لم تقدمي دليلا واحدا على تعرضك لإبتزاز أو طلب رشوة.
قد يتعلق الأمر بتهاون المسؤولين أو تقاعسهم عن أداء وظيفتهم بالكيفية المطلوبة. لكن هذا لا يعني أنهم طلبوا منك “رشوة 50 دولار”.

لدي ملاحظتان اثنان:
الأولى : أنك تشتركين مع الأخت الأخرى “مولاة البراسلي” في اطلاق التهم جزافا بدون دليل. و لا أدري كيف لم تتعلموا رغم استقراركم في أمريكا القاعدة التي تقول “البينة على من ادعى”.
الملاحظة الثانية : هي أن بعض المهاجرين في أمريكا على الخصوص, يبدؤون في “تأليه” تلك البلاد و في نفس الوقت يحتقرون أصولهم و بلدانهم الأصلية. و هو ما ظهر جليا من خلال طريقة كلامك عن بلدك الأصلي “المغرب”.

I don’t think it’s right to make this video based on unfounded facts/proofs. If you heard people say you needed to give out “reshwa” in order to receive your CIN, then I would go ahead and visit their location with a spy sound or video recorder and have it posted along your video. Right now all you did was state rumours. IFrom experience, I think you should call between 1pm and 2:30 pm to speak to them. I dealt with the Moroccan Consulat in NYC numeours times, and I might have to agree that there are some delays sometimes, but usually it’s out of their control because this type of procedures are handled in Morocco not in USA.

I rarely defend the moroccan goverment or say anything positive about it . But when i have to get a document from moroccan embassy in washington the staff there were very helpful and most of the time i renew my passport within one hour given that i have proper documents . never given bribe to anyone . Again , i have never defended the moroccan goverment but in this case i was very satisfied with the embassy .

sometimes they go to different cities and be close to the moroccans and help them fix their papers. I do live in New york and I got my stuff done without giving a dime. Honestly they helped the people as much as they could. yes there is a lot of things to be changed & improved. but honestly they do the job. the problem is for the moroccans living outside the big apple (NYC) because its takes a lot of time for their stuff to be done and sent back to them via the post office. I agree with you, there is no answer to your phone call. they may not email you back because the mentality is still “moroccan”.
but for the corruption thing whoever told you about it was wrong and I ma sure he or she did try to give money when he/she should not.

what are you saying, i tried to call them and kept trying for weeks. finally they told me that i have to go to New York and get my CIN first and then apply for the psseport. I live in southern California, and i know that a trip to new york and a 3 days stay will cost me over $1000.00. I thought about it for a while, and it just did not make any sense. finally i decided to apply for the US citizenship whish cost me less than $700.00. the point is that i gave up even trying with those bastards who work in the consulat. I do not wanna even be a part of them if they do not have respect for us.
I am glad that I got the US citizenship for one reason, we are all equal and have same wrights regarding your ethnicity or…..

البطاقةالوطنية وجواز السفر المغربيين لم اجددهم من زمان لانه بكل بساطة اعرف مستوى الخدمة المتردية لقنصلياتناالمغربية بجميع تراب الولايات المتحدة الامريكية اللهم اناهذا منكر يستفزوننا بالرشوة حتى خارج مهلكتنا الشريفة.

1- Le consulat Marocain se trouve a NYC non pas a Washington comme est ecrit dans le titre de cet article
2- Il faut vraiment que le Ministere des Affaires Etrangeres prenne au serieux ce que les Marocains des USA disent a propos de ce Consulat. Quand j’etais aux USA, je confirme ce que cette demoiselle dit a propos de rentrer en contact avec ce Consulat. Il est presque impossible de les contacter car ils ne repondent presque jamais.
3-J’ai cru que pour la nouvelle carte nationale, il faut les empreintes. La demoiselle a dit qu’elle a envoye’ les documents. Mais il faut qu’elle soit presente au Consulat pour les empreintes. En tous cas, c’est ce que j’ai fait au Consulat Marocain a Montreal que je remercie bcp. Il y a une tres grande difference entre les 2 consulats. Avec celui de Montreal, j’avais des experiences positives. Aussi, les gens que je connais
Ma carte nationale m’a ete envoyee par le consulat de Montreal sans probleme apres que je leur ai donne’ une enveloppe pre-payee recommendee avec les documents
5- Si plusieurs Marocains postent des videos pour denoncer nos consulats a travers le monde, peut etre notre Ministere fera quelque chose…

Dear young lady In terms of La Carte Nationale” there is no sense of what you saying, if you need to do or change you ID( Carte Nationale” You need to show up to do your finger prints, therefore what you saying is different of what is required. False story

A Montreal c’est pas la meme chose. J’ai recu ma carte avant le temps qu’on m’avait donne mais le probleme il faut mettre dehors quelques employes et surtout une femme que j’ai oublie son nom et il y a quelques uns qui sont tres bon. Pas de rachouia .

Bismi Allahi Arrahmani Arrahim.Young lady you are not the only victim of the Moroccan consulate.There many hundreds if not thousands who had the same problem.I applied for my CIN since 2005 and never got it.I called them many times but none cares or even answers the phone.We feel like we are in Morocco even here in the USA.Allahomma inna hada monkar.I really do not care about it anyomre because i don’t go to Morocco and never will again.This is it,too much .

Je suis d’accord avec toi, il faut revoir le systeme de fonctionnement des consulats partout dans le monde, la meme chose se passe en france et ailleurs.Alors soit les consulars changent soit ils auront un probleme un jour avec les marocains, mais pas n’importe quel marocain, juste ceux qui defonde les vraies valeurs du Maroc. c’est pareille ici en france, on appel tous les jours le consulat à Paris, mais il y a personne qui répond, même quand on se déplace la bas, ils sont foutent de nous.
je pense sérieusement de rassembler tous les marocains de france, pour manifester devant le consulat du maroc à paris pour virer ces gens là qui sont inconscient.

Malheureusement ici en france, au consulat du maroc à Toulouse j’ai été raquété; on m’a demandé 70€ pour renouveler ma carte d’identité alors que le tarif normal est très inférieur à celui là, en plus le paiement en liquide sans reçu donc aucune trace, ni recours exactement comme au Bled.

أنت كاذبة ، أولا تجديد البطاقة الوطنية لا ترسل عبرالبريد ،فالحضور لازم لأخذ البصمات من جديد ، فعندما يريد أي شخص أن يكذب عليه أن يكون ملما بكل الحيثيات ، أتفق معك ياأخت في حالة واحدة وهو الهاتف ، ولكن جواب العاملين جد مقنع ، أولا لايمكن الجواب على الهاتف والقيام بالعمل المنوط بك على أحسن مايرام وينتظرك المآت في القاعة ،لأن الهاتف لا يتوقف عن الرنين وكل مواطن في الهاتف يأخذ لك وقت كبير لأنه يطرح لك عدة مشاكل ، أما الرسائل والفاكسات فإنه يتم الجواب عليهما لأن القنصل العام هو من يتوصل بهما مباشرة في مكتبه ولا أظن أنه يأمر بتمزيقها ، ربما أنت كالأخت التي تتحفنا من نيويورك من حين لآخر بفيديوهاتها البديئة وذات مستوى جد متدن ، تحبان الشهرة على حساب إتهام كل من يرمز إلى الدولة. للنشر من فضلكم

nous nous n’avons pas ce probleme car nous aimons notre pays et notre roi et nos concitoyens.nous avons la carte d’identité en 10 jours et le passs en 5 jours.ben tu vois il fallait pas fuir le bled il fallait rester et voir que nous sommes le meilleur pays arabe et mieux que certains pays europeens.tu sais miss il ya des gens en europe qui peuvent pas avoir une carte d’identité.alors tais toi car tu as oublié que tu viens du maroc et que tu y as etudié beneficier de bourse de l’etat et que tu as eu un pass et une carte avant de partir aux etats unis et surement que quelqu’un t’as aidé.alors n’oublies pas d’ou tu viens.vive le maroc vive le roi vive le peuple marocain et mort aux jalous et aux conspirateurs comme toi

cette fille est une super menteuse. Elle a admis ne pas s’etre deplacee jusqu’au consulat general marocain a NY. Et la preuve de son mensonge, et tres simple. La nouvelle CIN, electronique, exige le depot d’empreintes digitales. Pad d’empriente, donc pas de dossier. Si cette fille dit la verite, qu’elle m’envoie a mon mail son numero de dossier, et la date de son depot. Moi je travaille dans une mission diplomatique du Maroc a l’etranger, et je sais qu’aucune demande de CIN, deposee a l’etranger, ne tarde plus de 2 mois, puisque les autorites concernees ont interet a achever ce processus avant la fin de cette annee. Cette fille raconte des mensonges meme sur la reception telephonique. Essayez d’appeler et vous allez voir qu’elle a absolument menti sur ce point aussi.

الفساد افة ومعضلة تجري مجرى الدم في عروق المغاربة وتلزمنا عقود من التربية على الاستقامة والنزاهة والتواضع لنصبح في مستوى الشعوب المتحضرة..
لا عجب في ان تكون تصرفات مسؤولين مغاربة على هدا القدر من الدناءة بالرغم من تواجدهم ببلاد العم سام او بلاد الكفار كما يسميها البعض. فجينات الفساد متمركزة في الدم وهم يحملونها اينما دهبوا وانى حلوا حلت معهم جريرتهم التى لا تكاد تفارقهم..

Ce genre de pb se trouve certainement ds la majorité des consulats marocains. Je crois qu’il est temps de revoir les critères d’affectations aux consulats marocains y compris le num 1 du consultat. Ces gens là qui demandent des rachwa sont sans doute recruter par la rachwa. je saisi l’occasion pr se demander sur la facon de recrutement des fonctionnaires des consultats: j’ai jamais entendu parler d’un concours de recrutement de ces agents là !!!!!!

أصبح كل من له مشكل إداري ربما عن حق أو باطل إلا ويتهم الآخرين بالرشوة ، فلا يمكن لأحد البتة يريد مقايضة الآخرين بإعلان مكشوف هكذا وبدون خجل بأن من يريد الحصول على وثائقه أن يحمل معه خمسين دولارا ، فالمرتشي ماشي مكلخ إلى هذا الحد لإشهار نفسه ، الجالية المغربية بالخارج وأنا واحد منهم يريدون فرض إرادتهم على الإدارة المغربية ممثلة بالقنصل،وعندما ترفض طلباتهم يبحثون عن أي ثغرة لضرب كل العاملين بالقنصلية متهمينهم بالرشوة والزبونية،أقولها بصراحة أنه في السنين الأخيرة وأنا أتكلم عن إسبانيا تحسن وبشكل كبير تعامل الموظفين مع المواطنين ، الخلاف الوحيد الذي خلق جوا من التوثر والصراع هو الجواز البيومتري الجديد الذي لم يتم إخراجه بالشكل المطلوب والسريع من طرف السلطات بالمغرب

كل السفارات و القنصليات لا تقوم بعملها
مثلا بدبي القنصلية المغربية أقوم بالإتصال دوما لكي أستفسر عن كيفية تجديد الجواز و البطاقة الوطنية ولكن لا أحد يقوم يالرد على الهاتف و كذلك السفارة بأبوظبي لا يقومون برد على الهاتف يجب أن أحاول عدة مرات لكي يردون.
أرجو المراقبة لأنهم لا يريدون العمل يريدون جني الأموال فقط أما شكل الوظفون و النساء بالخصوص كأنهم تيسعو في زناقي.

لا عليك أختي فقد اكتشفت الحكومة المتسبب في هذا الفساد والذي يمس أمن الوطن والمواطنين ووضعته خلف القضبان: إنه رشيد نيني. فالآن لن تكون هناك رشوة ولن يكون هناك فساد وسينقرض ناهبوا المال العام وستختفي كتائب الفساد والاستبداد … وسيصبح المغرب أفضل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية.

هاد المشكل موجود وملموس بالتمثيليات المغربية سواء قنصلية او سفارة مغربية في اكثر من دولة اجنبية. باش منطولش انا شخصيا مشيت للسفارة المغربية في قطر وطلبت تجديد جواز السفر. اول ما تدخل للسفارة تتشم ريحة الخلعة والتبركيك بالاضافة الى انه ما كاين عندهم لا فوتوكوبي لا نماذج تتحمر الوجه وكانها مكتوبة بالداكتيلو ديال 1901. القنصل براسو المكتب ديالو بحال الطاولة ديال الابتدائي طلها مكتوبة بالستيلو وحالة تثير الشفقة. ولو ان معاملتهم جيدة نسبيا الا ان البعض ما زال عنده عقلية القهوة. عطيتو الوراق والفلوس وتنساين يرجع لي الصرف قالي سير حتى لمرة اخرى ونعطيك الصرف، بلا توصيل بلا ورقة لا جوج. اللي تيحز في النفس ان بلاد الغربة مفيهاش هاد التصرفات والخوت دياولنا مصرين باش يشوهو المغرب.  

إن القنصليات المغربية كلها قذرة ، قذرة بموظفيها وأرضها وجدرانها ، فمثلا إذا قدر لك أن تذهب إلى قنصلية المغرب في فلنسيا بإسبانيا ، ستخال نفسك أنك في إحدى النازل المهجورة في الصومال أو هوامش سلا . أجزم بأن القنصلية منذ أن فتحت أبوابها لم يطلها الغسل ، رغم أن فاتورات جافيل والمطهر تكون كبيرة لكنا تحول إلى حساب المكلف ، ومن شك في قولي فاليتوجه إلى أي قنصلية مغربية فكلهم سواء ، وحتى وجوه موظفيها متجهمة وعبوسة تشمئز من النظر إليها ، لكن الحمد لله المغاربة يتجنسون ويرتاحون من هموم إدارة الذل ، فهذه الأيام قمت بتجديد بطاقتي الوطنية الإسبانية ، للم يطلب مني أي شيئ سوى صورة وتسلمت بطاقتي في أقل من 50 ثانية ، أما البطاقة المغربية فانتهت صلاحيتها منذ مدة طويلة ولاأفكر في تجديدها حتى لاأرى تلك الوجوه الخشنة المفزعة وكذلك تجنبا لكثرة الوثائق والمصاريف ووو . إن الإدارة والعقلية المتخلفة سوف يطالها الزلزال المعزوزي عما قريب إن لم تراجع نفسها اللهم اللطيف ، لكم تحياتي من جنوب فرنسا

أقول للاخت بامريكا ربما بعد المسافة او بعد النضر عند السلطات المغربية هي اللتي تؤخر عنكم تسليم جواز السفر او البطاقة الوطنية أما نحن باطاليا فلسنا اسعد حال منكم فقد انتضرت جوازي وبطاقتي اكتر من سبعة اشهر ولما تسلمتهم كلهم أخطاء رغم توفرهم عن البطاقة القديمة وعقد الازدياد والأخطاء بالقنصلية بالجملة وسأطلب نسخة كاملة من المغرب مرة اخرى ودفعهم من جديد ودفع مبلغ تمن اتنابر من جديد وانتضار 6 اشهر اخرى معناه اني لن استطيع الدهاب الى المغرب هده السنة ولست الوحيد لا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العضيم

و ما شتو والو . اجي طلوا على ( عنصريات ) المملكة المغربية في إسبانيا . لا فرق بينها و الكوري…. اما الرشوة و المماطلة والتعطال و الفوضى و السب….فحدث و لا حرج

I got my ID within 2 months without giving any bribe.If you need badly your ID,you need to follow up with them or take a flight to NY,you will definetely get a response to an email cause i did it in the past.Stop posting non sense video specially when u can not even speak.It is getting so ridiculus watching all these stupid videos.

le telephone du consulat a NY est doit etre supprime car il ne sert a rien. mais le vrai probleme est que la population des marocains aux USA a grandi notablement. d’ou il faut ouvrir d’autres consulats dans le pays. pour accompagner cet accroisement demographique. et je propose LA, Chicago, Miami, Dallas, Detroit. C’est trop pour le consulat de NY de servir tout le monde. Et je crois que c’est cette situation qui a cree chez certains fonctionnaires ce besoin de pot de vin ($50)pour accelerer le procesus d’obtention de la CIN et autres services. ethiquement injustifie bien sur. Mais on a cree un environnement qui encourage la corruption.

I tried calling the Moroccan consulate for years but I could not get a hold of anyone. I only get the afterhours or a full voice mail messages. Because my family holds American passports I gave up on their existence. What concern me the most what are we suppose to do in case an emergency for instance we need an authorization to take a deceased body back home. I heard a lot of painful and heartbreaking stories from my follow Moroccans. I can’t imagine how a mourning individual or a family can deal with that kind of service.

To be honnest with you, we don’t have this issues in Montreal, it’s true that they didn’t answer the phone, but everything is available on the website, if all the papers are correcte, you won’t have any troubles,exepet for the delay to receive your id card or passport, because the procedure requires a verification in Morocco, so this delay is normal.by the way, i got my id card in two months,they send me and email to let me know that my card is ready

il se peut qu’il y a des fonctionnaires comme tu l’a indiquee, mais il ne faut generaliser , moi et ma femme et mes trois enfants avons recu les passeports nouveaux dans un delai de 10 jours , j’avais un probleme de photo du nouveau-ne , et le meme jour durant la nuit un fonctionnaire m’a appele a la maison pour me dire que je doit repeter les photos du petit , vu qu’ils ont ete rejettes du maroc, tout ca sans aucun insinuation d’argents ou autres , et j’etait temoin cette meme journee dans le consulat du maroc las palmas , que des fonctionnaires ont reuni une somme d’argent de leur propre argent pour payer le passeport d’un marocain sans papier , madame ou mademoiselle lorsque tu accuses , il ne faut pas generaliser ou parler de ce qu’on vous ont racontes, et merci

تعالو لترو القنصلية في فالنسيا لا تنضيم للصفوف ولا استعلامات ولارقم هاتفي يجيبك ولا مراحيض لقضاء لحاجة ولامصعد لبلوغ الطابق الرابع او الثالث مما يضطر الامهات للبقاء في الشارع لحراسة الطفل وعربته ويصعد الاب الطوابق ليجد ان كناش الحالة المدنية لم يرسل من المغرب رغم انه انتضر اربعة اشهر ذهاباوايابا من مدينة تبعد اكثرمن150كلم فلو انهم اجابو على الهاتف لكان وفرالوقت والمال ناهيك عن النضافة او الصيانة التي لا ترقى الى ادنى المعاييرالافريقية فمابالك بالاوربية،ولولا ضيق السطور لحكيت لكم الاهوال.

و أدراك باقنصلية مغربية في اليونان بطاقة لزم تنسي 2 شهر و لله عيب عليهم و أنا محتاج ليها ضروري

Salam je suis resident aux usa, moi et ma avons renouvele notre cin l’annee derniere.
1 tu dois te presenter au consulat en personne pour deposer tes empeintes.
2 il y a le consulat mobile pour faciliter aux marocains residents loin de new york.
3 je suid d’ccord avec toi que rarement qlq’un repond au telephone et jamais le email, et c’est inacceptable.
4 quand ns avons renouveles nos cin on est alle au consulat de new york, contrairement a ce que tu as dit on a ete bien recu les employes font leurs travails correctement et nous ont meme facilites des choses dans des delais tres courts. nous n’avons rien vu ou entendu qui suggeste qu’il y a de la corruption ou des choses de la sorte. soi avec nous ou les autres marocains qui etaient presents.
mon experience etait agreable, aucune complaints .

je ne voudrai pas contredire la totalite de tes propos. je confirme que le suivi des emails, appels telephoniques et autres types des courriers n’est pas leur point fort, mais les accuser de corruption juste parceque quelqu’un t’aurait dit qu’il te faudra payer 50 dollars est injuste. vivant aux USA, tu sais tres bien qu’accuser quelqu’un de corruption sans preuve vecue est un delit serieux qui pourrait te creer beacoup d’ennuis.
Avant de faire une telle video, je t’aurai conseiller de te rendre sur place et s’assurer s’il y a un kelconque probleme ou qu’il s’agit vraiment de corruption. Alors la, tu pourras meme les ramener devant les tribunaux avec notre soutien a tous.

المشكل مطروح تقريبا فكل السفرات المغربية في العالم الا من رحم ربي لاان الموطفين العملين في السفرات كيجيبو معهم من المغرب هد المرض وهد الوباء الي هي الرشوة ومن الصعب يشفو من هد العادة لاانهم مدمنون عليها .. بانسبة لي انا شخصيا عانيت الويلت مع السفارة المغربية بالمملكة العربية السعودية الموجودة اصلا في قبو ( لكاب ) ويكفي لاي وحد يمشي في الصباح ويشوف بعينيه المعاملة من طرف العاملين فيها والا مدفعتيش الرشوة يدو فيك ويجيبو حتى تمل نفسك ومني تجي تهدر يقو ليك المشكل من الرباط( وسير انت نتاحر ولا دبر راسك ) ياربي شف من حالنا

to get the new ID card you have to make a trip to the Consulate in New York or Mobile Consulate when they come to a State close to your because they need your FINGERPRINTS, and I’ve never heard about any bribes or anything like that, shame on you for accusing people by a hear-say. get off your lazy, wyning behind and go get your fingerprints done and you will get your ID card. I’ve met with lot of employees of the Moroccan Cosulate and they are very helpful and nice.

malheureusement elle a raison car moi aussi j’ai vécu la meme histoire pour mon passeport j’ai met un ans pour l’avoir les gens qui travail dans les consulat ne répond pas au tel ni aux email il fau toujours prendre une journée de congé pour se rendre au consulat , y a aussi le bakchich ” 50 euro ” pour accélérer le dossier on est obliger de le payer car sinon il sera un dossier oublier et meme perdu , j’ai vu une signe que je peu pas l’oblier kan je me suis rendu au consulat pour mon passe ( un jeune homme marocain clandestin ” sans papier ” il voulais refai son passe port il a été mal traité par un employer du consulat il lui invertis que s’il quitte pas les lieu il appel la police française pour qu’il le rapatrier au maroc devan tout le monde et d’une façon vraiment mal et c’étai honteux car meme s’il a pas de papier française le faite qu’il est dans un consulat si comme s’il est dans un territoire marocaine et je trouve ça vraiment dommage car kan je voi les consulat française au maroc comment il traitre leurs citoyen sa me donne les larme au yeux

يجب قول الحق حتى ضد أناس تكهرهم ، تقول أن المستخدمين في القنصليات يعملون أربعة ساعات يوميا ، فهذا إختراع من طرفك حتى لا أقول كذبة ،فغالبيتهم يرجعون بالليل لإتمام عملهم ، فهل تظن يا AMAZIGHI أن أربعة ساعات كافية فقط لإستقبال المئات يوميا ، وأنت تعرف أن كل الوثائق ترسل عبر الحقيبة كل 48 إلى 36 ساعة إلى المغرب ويجب تهيئة الملفات وترتيبها ، فلك الحق أن تكون حانقا ولكن على الأقل قل الحقيقة لأنك بتصريحك هذا تظلم العديد منهم

أتأسف لك لما عانيته في هذا الإطار واتمنى لو كانت الأمور أحسن مما عشته. إنطلاقاً من تجربتي هنا في نيو يورك مع القنصلية المغربية فانني جيد راض على مستوًى الخدمة والرقاء في التعامل. اتعامل معهم منذ أكثر من 8 سنوات، ولم أخرج يوما مغتاظا من خدمتهم. لم يتأخرو يوما عن موعد طلب ولم ارشي أحداً أبدا حتى بكأس قهوة. جددت جواز سفري في يومني على إستعجال مني. صادقت على عقد الزوجية ف 5 دقائق، وكثير من الخدمات الإخرى. يشركني في هذا جل اصدقائي هنا. إذا كان الأمر يتعلق ببطاقات هوية تصنع فالرباط، فأرجح أمر التأخير أو التأخر إلى الرباط. مسألة الرشوة خطيرة لكن الأخت تستند إلى ما سمعته فقط. وهذا مؤسف.إن كان أي من الموظفين في القنصلية يقرقء هذا في اني اشكرهم واتمنى لهم التوفيق. اتمنى الخير للجميع ووفقنا الله للخير

الحقيقة انا قي المغرب ’جاني تكوين بالخارج علا حساب واحد الشركة، و صاوبت لاكارت و الجواز ف اسبوع عاونوني الناس المسؤولين و تعاطفوا معيا بلا ريال بلا جوج دريال…

I live is California and for me to go all the way for finger print is crazy.. sometimes they come here to Los angels but i am really far from LA. in the requirements it is not clear for adults to have pfinger prints done or not, for that reason i said forget the biometrics passport and Moroccan ID, i will wait until i get Citizenship i guess… much easier than applying for Moroccan passport/ID. i have spend 150$ for paperwork and 2 stamped envelopes so i am not doing to try to call them or anything…

Ou plutot grande menteuse. Je suis tout a fait d’accord avec les commentaires de Souad Zanati. J’ai vecu au USA et au je vis au Canada. Je ne peux que feliciter le personnel consulaire dans ces 2 pays pour leur professionalisme, leur courtoisie et surtout leur patience avec certains concitoyens qui se croient tout permis. Mon experience personnelle me laise dire que les services consulaires au Canada par exemple sont d’une tres grande fiabilte. Il faut comprendre que l’esprit critique consiste aussi a encourager les choses qui fonctionnent bien. Pour finir, enfin, que la personne qui a faite cette video sache qu’un citoyen de n’importe quel pays democratique qui diffame quelqu’un d’autre se met automatiquement sous le coup de poursuites judiciaires.

اولا يجب عليها ان تعطي بصماتها عند طلب بطاقة التعريف الوطنية, وهي تقول انها ارسلت طلبها عبر البريد, هدا دليل قاطع على كدبتها.
لقد قمت بتغيير بطاقة التعريف الوطنية في القنصلية المغربية بمونتريال واستلمتها في الوقت المحدد وبدون اي تاخير, وكدلك قمت بتغيير جواز السفر, واستلمته في الوقت المحدد كدلك.
اقسم بالله العظيم اني وجدت كل المعاملة الطيبة والمستوى الجيد للخدمات الدي يقدمونه موظفي القنصلية.
انا لم اقل الا كلمة حق, لانها شهادة والشهادة لا تكتم.
واتمنا ان تحافض القنصلية المغربية بمونتريال على طريقتها في خدمة المواطنين المغاربة .

well im sorry abt wat happened to u but i just wana say that i just got my CIN n nobody ask me for money n instead of waiting 6 weeks i had to wait for 8 weeks because my birth certificat was expired n noone ask me for money or anything so i really donno wat u r talking abt but this is my situation idk if im lucky or just a bad luck to u

1- Certaines personnes ont dit que cette fille a menti concernant certaines choses elle a dit MAIS il ne faut pas oublier que peut etre son experience est differente de la votre. En tous cas, moi je peux confirmer qu’ils ne repondent presque jamais au telephone. Aussi, le sentiment general des Marocains aux USA est que le Consulat a NY a une mauvaise reputation.
2- Je suis maintenant au Canada, et j’ai deja mentione’ que je suis satisfaite de notre consulat a Montreal mais d’autres personnes ne le sont pas. Mais en general, les plaintes contre le consulat de Montreal sont BCP BCP MOINS que celles contre le consulat de NYC.
3- Ja’i aussi mentione’ que la fille doit aller en personne a NY pour les empreintes, chose qu’elle n’a pas mentione’ dans la video. Mais cela ne veut pas dire qu’elle ment car ce que’elle a dit a ete vecu par des centaines de marocains. Alors, SVP cessez de taxer les gens avec des adjectifs juste parce que vous n’avez pas eu la meme experience..

أنت كاذبة ، أولا تجديد البطاقة الوطنية لا ترسل عبرالبريد ،فالحضور لازم لأخذ البصمات من جديد ، فعندما يريد أي شخص أن يكذب عليه أن يكون ملما بكل الحيثيات ، أتفق معك ياأخت في حالة واحدة وهو الهاتف ، ولكن جواب العاملين جد مقنع ، أولا لايمكن الجواب على الهاتف والقيام بالعمل المنوط بك على أحسن مايرام وينتظرك المآت في القاعة ،لأن الهاتف لا يتوقف عن الرنين وكل مواطن في الهاتف يأخذ لك وقت كبير لأنه يطرح لك عدة مشاكل ، أما الرسائل والفاكسات فإنه يتم الجواب عليهما لأن القنصل العام هو من يتوصل بهما مباشرة في مكتبه ولا أظن أنه يأمر بتمزيقها ، ربما أنت كالأخت التي تتحفنا من نيويورك من حين لآخر بفيديوهاتها البديئة وذات مستوى جد متدن ، تحبان الشهرة على حساب إتهام كل من يرمز إلى الدولة. للنشر من فضلكم

La fille a deja sa carte c-a-d toutes les informations sont dans la catre ou la date de validite est expiree, ils ont deja pris ses empreintes digitales comme vous savez chaqu’un a ses propres empreintes (ses empreintes digitales ne vont pas changer). J’ai deja renouvelle mon ID ici aux USA (carte d’identite americaine): La 1ere fois je l’ai renouvelle en line sans se deplacer, dans qques jrs j’ai recu mon ID: La 2eme fois j’ai change mon addresse et je suis parti a la plus proche poste (driver license) de ma residence. J’ai renouvelle mon ID dans 5 minutes sans me demander aucun document (ni chahada dchieh, ni chahad de dlcaid, ni chhada de plocie, ni photo, ni chahad du travail or du chomage, ni chahada de celibataire ou acte mariage, ni factures d’eau et d’electricite, ni Rachwa, et la liste est longue. Pourquoi notre governement ne fait pas comme ses gens la et traite les marocains comme etres humains. Pouquoi ils perdent notre temps a ramasser tous ces documents pour avoir un simple papier. Pour ceux qui disent que les services du consulat se deplacent afin de rendre service pour les autres personnes qui habitent loin de NY, j’ai jamais vu ca. Comment je sais qd est ce que ils vont venir a l’Etat ou j’habite? Moi j’habite a l’Owest des USA, se deplace a NY pour renouveller un tel papier ca me demande combien du temps et des frais de deplacement? Alors cherchez nous une solution SVP

I guess the brothers that said she needs to go to NY for finger print, they never been in situation like that they just hearing thing. I talking from personal experience I had to fly from Florida to get my finger print done to get my new Moroccan ID, cause I heard even with American passport you cannot get into morocco if don t have your Moroccan ID, so I went to NY I paid what I had to pay and do what I had to do. Since I cannot wait for 3 weeks, they told to pay for express mail so they can send the ID to my address, so I did. It been more than one year now never heard from them and answer my calls or my email. All I can say HABIAYA ALLAH WA NI3MA l WAKILE .

Ok some of us did not have Any issues, but that dies not mean all is well. I too had the same issue, I was told i needed to be present for the finger prints. when i arrived,I was expecting a legal form for the prints,instead they used a post it note, took one finger print and was asked to pay $50. At the time i lived in FL so i did not question it fearing that he would never process it if i did not pay and have to start all over. I am not sure if that was a ligitimate fee or not, but felt fishy to me. BTW i sent all the fees with the application. best think to do is get a foreign passport and forget about Moroccan anything.

هذه مجرد مقدمة اما عن موضوعي فهو مكتب استقبالالجالية بالقنصلية بروما مكتب كالمخفر مظلم به شاب يرتدي ملابس رياضيةترى في عينيه الشر قبل ان تتكلم معه كل كلماته غليظة متعجرف متكبر وان تكلمت معه بلغة القانون يخرجك و يترك ملفك هو الاخير كعقوبة يا زمن وزير الداخلية البصري لقد متت و لكن اتباعك لم يموتو فبعد انهم في القنصلية بروما و ازيدكم هدا الموظف جاهل لان الوثيقة التي اعطيته اياها لكي اصادق عليه باللغة الفرنسية و اكتشفت انه لا يعرف اللغة الفرنسية ولا يجيد الكلام باللغة العربية فقد يجيد الكلام بلهجة التهديد و المصيبة الكبرى بعد ان بحثت عنه اكتشفت ان لديه مستوى دراسي الاعدادي و ان وظيفته بالقنصلية هو الحراسة شكرا لك يا سيد القنصل العام على هدا الموظف الدي تضعه للجالية المغربية لاستقبالها حارس جاهل يستقبل البقر و الغنم نعم هدا هو المعنى الذي تريا ان تصل اليه ياقنصل و كذلك انت يا سفير اين عينك علىالقنصلية هكذا هوالجزاء.
